Thank goodness for Daylight savings coming to an end because at least this meant that 6:30 in the morning was not as early as it would other wise have been. Alana needed to be up and on her way for this mornings duathlon at Hagley Park.
Once again she did really well beating some of the boys who had headed off before her in the run (Ann worked out she came in at about 32nd out of 100 for the run). Alana rode really well again also.
