A Sunday Afternoon Outing

It was a gorgeous Sunday afternoon so we loaded up bikes and buggy and set out to Governor's Bay (a 20 min drive from home). Blair, Alana & Samuel rode their bikes around to the next bay while Danielle and I walked and enjoyed the scenery. It was magical and we all enjoyed our afternoon adventure, exploring another part of the city.

Canterbury Show Day

This weekend we went to the Canterbury show and it was amazing. The kids managed 7 hours on their feet and no complaints. They loved the lamas, wood chopping, showjumping, tractor pull racing and heaps more.

Trip on the River Avon

One of the things we have really enjoyed is the huge number of parks to explore and enjoy. The Avon is right outside my work window but no, this wee trip was not taken in my lunch break from work.
